Automatic recovery and manual recheck
Tunnelcast retries broken Discord ownership links automatically in the background. If your Discord membership or permissions were just restored and the warning has not cleared yet, you can trigger a manual recheck for the linked Discord server below and see the result immediately.
The manual recheck tools only appear for signed-in owners of affected linked Discord servers.
Confirm You're Still in the Discord Server
Open Discord and make sure the account linked to Tunnelcast is still a member of the Discord server connected to the affected ownership link.
Check Your Discord Permissions
You need permission to manage the Discord server connection. Ask a Discord server owner to restore a role with the required management permissions.
- Make sure your role still has the required server-level permissions.
- Check that role changes or role order changes did not remove your access.
- If you are no longer responsible for the server, ask the new owner to relink it.
Relink the Discord Server if Needed
If the ownership link is stale or tied to a different Discord user, link the server again from the account that should manage it.
Wait for Recovery or Trigger a Recheck
Once Discord membership and permissions are valid, return to the game server's edit page. Any enabled Discord features continue to rely on the same linked Discord server, so restoring access there brings the affected Discord setup back in sync. Tunnelcast will usually restore access automatically after a background recheck. If it has not updated yet, use the manual recheck panel above or the recheck button on the game server edit page.
