Why a channel can only point at one server's live feed
A server's Live Feed is a two-way relay: chat typed in the linked Discord channel is delivered into that game server, and the server's chat is posted back to the channel. For that round-trip to be unambiguous, each Discord channel maps to exactly one server's live feed.
If you point a second server at a channel that's already in use, Tunnelcast blocks it on the Discord tab and points you here, because pairing two servers directly on one channel would make inbound chat land on only one of them and mix both servers' messages with no way to tell them apart. A Network does this properly instead.
The video below shows a Network in action: two game servers and a Discord channel sharing one chat, then how you set one up in the Portal.
Create a Network
Open your Dashboard and, in the Networks section, click Create Network. Give it a name (for example, "EU Survival Community") and click Create Network again to confirm. The new network appears in the Networks list. Click its Manage (gear) button to open its page.
Add the Discord channel as a connection
On the network page, in the Connections tab, click Add connection and switch to the Discord channel tab. Choose the Discord server, then the channel you want to share, and click Add to network.
This channel is now the network's shared entry and exit point. Chat will relay between it and every other connection in the network. The order doesn't matter: you can add your servers first and the channel afterwards.
Add your game servers
Still in the Connections tab, click Add connection again, keep the Game server tab selected, pick one of your servers, and click Add to network. Repeat for each server you want to share the channel with. Servers you own are linked immediately, with no approval needed (the approval flow only applies to other owners you invite from the Invites tab).
Optional: add more Discord channels
A network isn't limited to one channel. Use Add connection → Discord channel again to bring in other channels, and chat relays between all of them. That's how several channels can funnel into one shared conversation.
