What gets relayed
Everything below goes to your Discord channel and the live Portal. Team chat stays in the game.

Kills with headshots, suicides and first blood. A Dead Ringer fake death is not reported as a kill.
Players joining and leaving, name changes, team switches and spectators, with the teams named RED and BLU.
Map, game mode, round start and win, game over and control point captures. The mode is worked out per map, so King of the Hill, Payload, Capture the Flag and the rest are named correctly.
Kick, ban, switch map, restart the map or restart the server from Discord or the Portal.
One Discord message that keeps itself up to date with the server, and a live view of the server in the Tunnelcast Portal.
Setup
A SourceMod plugin and one config file. Tunnelcast is in closed beta, so start by requesting access.
srcds).sv_lan 0. On a LAN server players have no SteamID, and bans do nothing.tunnelcast.smx in addons/sourcemod/plugins/ and install the socket extension.tc_token in cfg/sourcemod/tunnelcast.cfg. Set it there and nowhere else: that file is read after server.cfg and overrides it.Good to know
We'd rather you hear it here than find out on your server.
Its repository is a public archive on GitHub, which makes it read-only. Tunnelcast is actively maintained. The Team Fortress 2 plugin connects to Tunnelcast's relay, and you link your Discord server from the Portal, so there is no relay server of your own to run.
On top of chat in both directions you get kills, joins and leaves, round state and a live status message, and the server shows up live in the Portal.
